We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused HR Shared Services Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee issues. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee forms and processes, leveraging your attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Collaborate with our local and global talent teams to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely manner, utilizing Workday transactions and data input & accuracy.
- Support the development and implementation of applications that impact all personnel, ensuring seamless execution and enabling employees to focus on delivering exceptional work.
- Research and implement new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Contribute to the creation, writing, and maintenance of our HR knowledge base for employees, providing accessible and informative resources to support their needs.
- Assist with the analysis, intake, and operationalization of new employee services, from pre-hire to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all employees.
- Perform system and testing audits as requested, analyzing and documenting results and discrepancies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool, including Mass Uploads (EIB).
- Proven project management, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in sheets/Excel, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues using rigorous logic and methods.
- A strong interest in process improvements and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, although not required.
- Experience as a Workday Data Analyst, HR Generalist, or in a related role is a plus, as is experience with the Zendesk ticketing system.
