We're committed to providing a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels welcome and valued. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
