They are seeking Associate level employees for their New Verticals Strategy & Operations team to work on high priority initiatives across various product offerings like Grocery and Convenience. This role involves operating pilots, launching new merchants, analyzing expansion opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Stand up 0→1 pilots, build dashboards, manage week-over-week KPIs and turn wins into scalable processes
- Launch net-new merchants, experiment new initiatives and run in market tests
- Build models using Excel and SQL to evaluate expansion opportunities and prioritize the next bets
- Translate consumer, merchant and dasher needs into product requirements, operational improvements and tangible outcomes
- Partner with and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, finance, marketing and other folks on strategy & operations
Skills
- 1-2+ years of experience
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Currently based in New York or San Francisco
- Must be able to start full-time in March 2026
- Comfortable pulling your own data in SQL and building models in Excel
- Unafraid of ambiguity and thrive in ambiguous, startup environments

- Adaptable and constantly chasing new tools and ways to become more efficient
- Ready to join and excited about a hybrid work environment
- 2024-2025 undergraduates are preferred
