About the Role: Specialist - Global Customer Solutions (Remote)
We're seeking an experienced Global Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team remotely. As a key member of our customer solutions department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that high-profile customer issues are addressed and resolved efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Research and partner with stake-holding departments to ensure high-profile issues are sufficiently addressed and responded to, including public statements, DOT follow-up, and small claims court appearances.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide suggestions to address failures, ensuring that customer concerns are heard and valued.
- Work closely with other organizations to establish customer experience history for escalated incidents, promoting a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
- Provide leadership updates and executive-level communications to advise on incident handling and resolution, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer resolution, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Offer subject matter expertise (SME) and escalation support/guidance to other team members in Customer Solutions and Recovery, as well as external contact center groups, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and teamwork.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: The Essentials for Success
- Minimum two years of operational/contact center experience, with a proven track record of handling complex customer issues.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization, external business partners, team members, and customers.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, initiative, and superior decision-making skills, with a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate customer interactions at the executive level, showcasing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in email applications (e.g., Outlook) and general knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, with reliable, punctual attendance being an essential function of the position.
- Experience with highly complex cases and customer service escalations, with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
