Key Responsibilities
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided leads lists, introducing them to our white-label CRM platform and highlighting its benefits.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through cold outreach, follow-up calls, and nurturing existing leads to convert them into clients.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver clear and compelling presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of the Go High Level CRM platform tailored to client needs and pain points.
- Objection Handling: Address potential client concerns and questions effectively, showcasing the value of the product and ensuring successful deal closures.
- Closing Sales: Convert leads into clients by negotiating contracts and closing sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Follow-up: Maintain relationships with prospects who have shown interest but haven't yet converted, ensuring ongoing communication and nurturing to drive conversions.
- CRM Management: Record all interactions, progress, and sales activities in the CRM, ensuring all leads are tracked through the sales funnel and analyzed for insights.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality, align on strategies for outreach, and drive business growth.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience in Sales/Cold Calling: Proven experience in cold calling and closing sales, preferably in the SaaS or CRM industry, with a track record of success.
- CRM Expertise: Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of its features and benefits.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information concisely and persuasively to drive engagement.
- Sales Acumen: A strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing tactics, with the ability to adapt to different sales scenarios.

Work Environment and Requirements
As a remote employee, you'll need to:
- Have a minimum 10 MBPS internet connection and a backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
- Use a laptop or desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher) and a backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
- Have a headset with a microphone for clear communication.
- Be willing to use Time Doctor for monitoring and maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
- Not be currently employed full-time elsewhere.
