As a Full-Time Preschool Teacher with Right At School, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a dynamic and creative curriculum that not only fosters a love for learning but also supports the overall development of our young students. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs and interests of preschool students, ensuring a fun and interactive learning experience.
• Partner with school district personnel on student assessment, behavior planning, and intervention strategies to support student success.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Collaborate with colleagues to build a high-performing team focused on delivering high-quality educational programs and services.
• Implement and maintain accreditation and state QRIS standards, exercising professional judgment to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Participate in regular meetings with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress, team accountability, and areas for growth.
• Organize program materials, document attendance and incidents, and maintain accurate records as required.

Essential Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree with at least 60 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of direct experience working in a licensed childcare setting.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements, including FA/CPR certification, MERIT clearance, and Cleared TB test.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for inspiring a love for learning and engaging children in fun and interactive educational activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a preschool setting with a curriculum that aligns with state and national early education standards.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
