About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven professional to lead corporate partnerships, speaking bookings, and high-ticket client acquisition for a rapidly growing personal brand in the leadership and transformation space.
This is not a traditional role.
We are looking for someone who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close high-value deals with companies, executives, and decision-makers.
What You’ll Do
• Proactively build relationships with:
• Corporations (HR, L&D, leadership teams)
• Event planners and conference organizers
• High-net-worth individuals and executives
• Secure:
• Paid speaking engagements
• Corporate workshops and trainings
• Long-term coaching and advisory clients
• Develop and execute outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, warm intros)
• Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Lead conversations and close high-ticket deals
• Collaborate on positioning, offers, and messaging to increase conversions
Who You Are
• A natural connector and deal-maker
• Comfortable speaking with CEOs, founders, and senior executives
• Proven ability to close high-value deals (coaching, consulting, or corporate services)
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you don’t wait, you create opportunities
• Strong communication and presence (polished, confident, persuasive)
Preferred Experience
• Background in:
• Business development
• Partnerships
• Talent management or speaker booking
• High-ticket sales (coaching, consulting, or services)
• Existing network in:
• Corporate leadership / HR / L&D
• Events / conferences
• Professional services or wellness space
Salary
• $120,000 – $160,000 base salary (depending on experience)
