Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Customer Service Representative. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for making and taking customer calls to qualify leads and build successful relationships with our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities
- Make and take customer phone calls to qualify leads and transfer them to sales representatives
- Successfully use scripts to guide conversations and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Record information on consumer conversations using our systems
- Work with different clients and campaigns to deliver exceptional results
- Provide quality customer experiences and build lasting relationships
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with computers and software applications
- A quiet workspace with minimal distractions
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
- Military sensitivity is a plus
- Must live in Texas
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a performance marketing agency or similar industry
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience working with diverse clients and campaigns
