This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of arenaflex. **How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of baggage, cargo, and mail to and from aircraft. This role requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination * Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
