Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven packaging strategies that drive sales, enhance brand love, and promote sustainability across our owned brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sourcing, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of packaging strategies.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform packaging design and development.
- Lead the development of packaging design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across our brands.
- Manage and optimize packaging data, including specifications, materials, and supplier information.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful packaging implementation.
- Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams on packaging-related matters.

Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as packaging design, product development, or supply chain management.
- 4+ years of experience in packaging design, development, or a related field, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with packaging design software, such as CAD or design tools.
- Strong understanding of packaging design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
