Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative in our OCC, you will be assigned to one of our teams, working on exciting projects that impact our operations and customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be assigned to one of the following teams:

Load Control Center (LCC)

Our LCC team is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our flights, managing aircraft weight and balance, fuel delivery, and compliance with regulatory requirements. As a member of this team, you will work closely with our LCC experts, developing applications and efficiencies to reduce workload and improve processes.

Fuel Strategy

Our Fuel Strategy team is responsible for developing strategies to manage our fuel consumption, reduce costs, and improve sustainability. As a member of this team, you will research and develop strategies to determine safe and conservative fuel loads, improve aircraft routing, and optimize payload forecasting.
