Job Overview
This Full Charge Bookkeeper position is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role that requires a strong foundation in bookkeeping principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
- Performing bank account and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Conducting bookkeeping reviews for 10-20 clients, identifying and correcting errors, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Paying and tracking bills and loans, collecting and tracking invoices, and filing 1099(s) as required.
- Calculating and collecting sales tax, and handling payroll filing and reporting for clients.
- Maintaining detailed spreadsheets of financial transactions, submitting daily reports to your supervisor, and tracking time spent on client work.
- Utilizing internal software to record client work completed and ensuring strict confidentiality of client and company information.
- Providing support with budgeting, monitoring loans, and ensuring financial solvency and viability for clients when requested.

- 1-3 years of experience in using QuickBooks Online, with a strong understanding of its features and applications.
