- Develop and manage a sales pipeline through multiple lead-generation opportunities, ensuring a consistent flow of potential clients
- Schedule appointments with Members and Leads to present the benefits of Disney Vacation Club membership programs
- Proactively greet guests and spark conversations about Disney and vacation possibilities, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand
- Apply your sales skills to influence guests to learn more about Disney Vacation Club, capturing their contact information for continued sales conversations
- Inspire and invite guests to take the next steps in learning about Disney Vacation Club while they are on vacation at Disneyland
- Staff discovery desks, open houses, welcome centers, and events throughout the Parks & Resorts, engaging guests through exceptional Disney service
- Work with guests from diverse backgrounds, utilizing multiple formats such as Chat, Virtual, Phone, and Onsite In-Person Interactions to facilitate sales conversations
- Embody Disney's Counselor's Sales Approach, creating revenue through a customer-centric and consultative sales methodology
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A valid, active, and in-good-standing California Real Estate license
- Proven expertise in a competitive sales environment, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- A dynamic, can-do attitude with a win-win approach to sales and customer interactions
- Experience handling multiple lead opportunities daily, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your sales pipeline effectively
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture, demonstrating positivity and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and Windows-based programs, with a willingness to learn new technologies and systems
- Full-time availability, including working multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a reliable means of transportation to and from Disneyland Resort daily
