**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Director of Chance Administration to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our risk management and business process improvement team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and risk management strategies, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, business process improvement, and risk management. Your primary focus will be on investigating and deciphering complex data, identifying new information sources, and developing and implementing risk management approaches and business processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Investigate and decipher complex data, utilizing factual, monetary, AI, or business insight methods to identify trends and patterns
* Develop and implement risk management approaches and business processes, collaborating with innovation and other teams
* Identify and assess new information sources (controlled and non-managed) to add value to arenaflex's products and services
* Utilize industry and internal best practices, combining administrative feedback on a case-by-case basis to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process improvement initiatives
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, risk management teams, and external partners
* Provide expert advice and guidance on risk management and business process improvement to senior leaders and other stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
* Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Experience with data analysis tools, including MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, and Unix
* Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, including regulatory requirements and industry standards
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on risk management and business process improvement
* Certification in risk management, such as the Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or the Certified Business Analyst (CBA)
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma
* Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
