**About the Role:**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Registering patient demographics and specimen samples in the LIS (Laboratory Information System)
* Gathering data to identify areas of improvement
* Understanding and performing basic quality control protocols
* Establishing and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally to achieve high-quality patient care
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Required Qualifications:**
* 0-1 Years with High School Diploma and/or Equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry software
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a healthcare or medical setting
* Knowledge of laboratory information systems and data entry software
* Certification in medical terminology or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
