The Role: Data Collection Business Analysis
We're seeking an experienced Data Collection Business Analyst to join our Cross-Channel Customer Intelligence group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing a comprehensive tracking and measurement approach across all of our channels. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring new experiences to life for our customers and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead measurement planning and implementation across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and launch of real-time experiences.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive better customer experiences and business outcomes.
- Determine the best approaches for implementations that meet business needs, and develop scalable solutions to measure customer behavior and performance across channels.
- Conduct root cause analysis on performance anomalies, and provide recommendations to optimize and improve results.
- Develop and present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and executives, and assist in optimization through A/B testing of experiences and campaigns.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to drive results, influence change, and motivate others to take action.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience in a related field.
- Experience with JavaScript, front-end development, and tag management.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
- Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and data analysis principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to forge relationships with IT and business teams.
- Proven critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and hyper-changing environment.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data visualization techniques.
- The ability to drive results, positively influence change, and motivate others within a non-direct reporting structure.

Compensation and Benefits:
