Key Responsibilities Contact leads provided by blithequark to schedule virtual meetings with clients and present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them. Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination. Provide exceptional customer service and support to our client base, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices to deliver outstanding advice and services to our clients. Work closely with our virtual team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge and expertise, and contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment. Have a possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Life & Health license. Reside in North America, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace. Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
