Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide timely and effective solutions to their travel-related queries
- Review customer history as necessary to understand their travel plans and preferences
- Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Assist customers with changing travel plans, confirming or obtaining their itinerary, requesting refunds, or reporting travel issues
- Process refunds and resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner
- Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues

About You
