Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to American Express Card Members, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize the Client First philosophy to understand and meet the needs and expectations of Card Members, providing personalized support and services to enhance their overall experience.
- Offer travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to Card Members, making recommendations and arrangements to meet their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to resolve Card Member issues and concerns, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.
- Utilize technology platforms and tools to manage Card Member interactions, track issues, and resolve concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on American Express products and services, making recommendations and suggestions to Card Members as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a premium or luxury environment.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with Card Members in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to Card Member issues.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.
- Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Aircraft, concierge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience.
- Previous experience working with premium or luxury brands.
- Knowledge of American Express products and services.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
