We are now seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our call centre team, working from the comfort of their own homes anywhere in Quebec. About the Role As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be part of a team that advises, supports, and builds loyalty with our members and clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of areas, including member/client relations, life and health insurance, fraud prevention, credit analysis and collections, emergency communications, and more. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet the needs of our members and clients. Key Responsibilities Provide personalized service to members and clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner Offer solutions and advice to meet the needs of our members and clients, promoting blithequark's products and services as appropriate Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless service to our members and clients Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies, as well as industry trends and developments Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge What We Offer At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and providing them with a comprehensive compensation package.
