**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their concerns, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience
* Researching and problem-solving to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
* Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn, ensuring that customers and team members alike feel valued and supported
* Collaborating with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to foster a customer-centric culture of collaboration
* Adapting to changing business needs, shifting schedules, and working overtime as required by the business unit
* Maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, as demonstrated through a written assessment
* Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in computer usage for data entry, efficient internet browsing, and other essential tasks
* Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the business
* High school graduate or equivalent experience
* Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and security standards
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
* A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, and reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds)
* A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
* A quiet and distraction-free workspace, free from background noise that may impact the customer experience
