- Live within 30 miles of Houston, TX, to ensure proximity to our office and ability to meet with team members as needed.
- Currently have high-speed internet and a quiet home office environment to ensure a productive and distraction-free workspace.
- Able to type 20 WPM to efficiently complete tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Previous customer service and call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
