As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and escalating critical issues to management. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities & Duties** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing a high-level of customer service in all interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty * Actively participating in training and applying lessons learned to provide excellent customer service in accordance with arenaflex's needs and scripts * Ensuring accurate and timely handling of customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone and email, while maintaining quality metrics * Using data analytics and user interviews to determine call trends and report to arenaflex * Rapidly escalating issues to supervisor/management as appropriate * Utilizing call scripts, messaging/email templates, and desk guides to ensure consistency and quality * Learning necessary information to provide high-level customer service about relevant topics * Ensuring the highest level of privacy and security to protect client and customer information while providing exceptional customer service **Minimum Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must: * Hold a High School diploma or GED * Have at least 1 year of contact center or related customer experience * Possess 6 months of computer experience in a business environment * Be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance * Be a US Citizen * Meet the minimum internet requirements of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload to work from home * Not be a current arenaflex employee **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Bilingual skills, with Spanish being a plus * A Bachelor's degree * Prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration **Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A friendly and professional speaking voice and patient demeanor * Outstanding attendance and punctuality * Excellent customer service skills * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, financial reports, and legal documents * Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public * Strong computer skills, including basic troubleshooting, fast and accurate typing, and using web browsers * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
