**What You Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* **Valid CPhT license** (if residing in AZ) or **valid MA Tech license** (if residing in MA) – Preferred CPhT
* **Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills**
* **High School Diploma or GED**
* **PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet**
* **Residency within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts**
**Remote Work Requirements**
