**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing refunds
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning counters, and ensuring that the store is well-merchandised
* Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce losses
* Assisting with the separation of food products and product placement, including inventory rotation and restocking
* Providing customer support, including virtual passport image carrier, poster print, and innovative machine services
* Assisting with outdoor and interior maintenance, including ensuring the store is clean, neat, and orderly
* Complying with all company policies and procedures, including maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
* Completing unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Prior experience with arenaflex
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
