Event Description:
Citi’s D1 Athlete Development Program is a virtual mentorship program supporting NCAA Division I student-athletes pursuing careers in financial services. Participants are paired with a Citi colleague who is a former student-athlete to receive professional development support and mentorship in navigating the finance industry. Participants will join business workshops, senior speaker sessions, networking opportunities, and technical trainings.
We want to hear from you if you are…
- An undergraduate first-year or sophomore currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. institution
- Expected to graduate between Fall 2027 and Spring 2029
- Currently playing or participating on a Division I collegiate sports team including athletes, team managers, and assistants

Participant Expectations:
- Maintain active engagement with program mentors and the Early Career team throughout the Program
- Dedicate 2–3 hours per week to program activities, including group workshops, scheduled events, and one-on-one meetings with your assigned mentor
- Review all guided readings and monthly newsletters distributed by the Program
- Conduct independent research aligned with your professional interests and development goals
