Job Overview In this full-time, remote position, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving member inquiries, and ensuring their safety and satisfaction. Your work schedule will be regular, with afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays included. We offer a competitive starting wage of $18.85 per hour, increasing to $20.74 per hour on weekends due to a 10% bonus. Key Responsibilities Promptly identify and resolve members' urgent needs, prioritizing their safety and meticulously recording all interactions. Remain composed and sympathetic during high-pressure calls, providing empathetic support and effective communication. Quickly relay critical details to both internal and external teams to expedite responses and ensure seamless service delivery. Work collaboratively with our team to achieve targets, improve member satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment. Home Office Requirements To ensure your success in this remote role, you'll need: A quiet, uninterrupted work area that maintains confidentiality and allows for focused work. A reliable internet connection with a direct ISP link via Ethernet (not DSL, Satellite, or Hot Spots), with minimum speeds of 25 mbps for downloads and 5 mbps for uploads. We provide a computer and assist with internet costs to support your remote work setup. Demonstrated ability to be productive, maintain confidentiality, and manage your time effectively while working remotely. Consistent attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay connected with our team and up-to-date on industry developments. Availability during standard business hours, with some adaptability for schedule changes to ensure we're always available to support our members.
