Job Overview The Customer Care Supervisor role is a full-time, remote position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop high-performing teams. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 16 to 30 customer-facing representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strategic and tactical approach, with a focus on driving results, improving processes, and fostering a positive and productive team culture. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer-facing representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty Proactively manage and resolve conflicts, issues, and concerns in a fair and timely manner Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive results Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes Manage time and attendance, schedule adherence, and payroll needs Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members Build and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or psychology) Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare or retail industry, preferably in a customer-facing role Knowledge of PBM cycles and methodology Exceptional oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights Proven track record of achieving results and driving business growth Experience with telehealth or remote work environments Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
