Key Responsibilities

• Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
• A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
• 18+ years and high school diploma/GED
• Quiet, secured workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions
• Must live in Mississippi to apply to this requisition (please note that we have other opportunities available in different states)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
• Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
• Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting, with the ability to navigate multiple applications with ease
• Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
