About the Role
We're on the hunt for self-motivated, professional, and friendly individuals to join our high-volume customer service environment as a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative. This is a 100% remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home with all the necessary equipment provided by blithequark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, actively listening to concerns and offering tailored solutions.
- Work collaboratively within a diverse team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive, inclusive culture.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new processes, products, and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
- A minimum typing speed of 25-30 words per minute.
- Integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Punctuality and excellent attendance record.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check.
- Bilingual skills are considered a plus.
Work from Home Requirements:
- High-speed broadband internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download speeds (Satellite Internet is not supported).
- WIFI connections only.
- Currently hiring in the following states: Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Arizona (Bilingual candidates only).
Training and Shift Details:
Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.
- Training hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm CT.
- Shift availability: 2nd shift, requiring availability between 1pm-11pm CT, including Saturdays or Sundays.
