**Remote Worker Guidelines**
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, equipped with the latest technology and tools provided by arenaflex. To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* A stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with a minimum internet download speed of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed.
* A designated work area with minimal distractions and interruptions.
* A reliable and consistent network that allows you to participate in online meetings and video calls.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative in our Fitness department, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and responding to telephone calls from members, fitness clubs, and health plans in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner.
* Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of all arenaflex Fitness products and programs.
* Answering incoming calls on the arenaflex telephone system and ascertaining the nature of the call.
* Recording information in the appropriate system and providing answers to member questions by following standard policies and procedures.
* Coordinating collection of necessary information, including member co-pays or payments when necessary.
* Forwarding documentation to the Research Team for follow-up if issues require additional action.
* Researching unique questions using all available resources and referring difficult issues to your Supervisor for appropriate answers.
* Handling all issues requiring additional action within the necessary timeframes.
* Managing time to ensure calls are answered within required timeframes and appropriate follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.
* Attending and participating in meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel.
* Responding to requests from other arenaflex department personnel, contacting clubs and members as required.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* 1 year experience performing customer service duties required.
* Inbound call center experience preferred.
* Experience in healthcare preferred.
* Basic experience using Microsoft Office required.

**Mobility and Physical Requirements**
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
* Sit for long periods of time.
* See, speak, and hear other personnel and/or objects.
* Communicate both in verbal and written form.
* Travel within and around the facility or Work from Home (WFH) environment.
* Use a telephone, computer keyboard, and mouse.
* Lift up to 10 lbs.
