Key Responsibilities

• Instruct effective, motivating, and safe Pilates training/workout sessions in small group and one-on-one settings
• Utilize a variety of Pilates equipment and exercises to cater to diverse client needs and goals
• Manage individual schedule and clientele scheduling, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
• Handle administrative tasks related to session sales and payroll
• Maintain regular communication with management, co-workers, and club staff to ensure a cohesive team environment
• Provide demo sessions for members and co-workers to promote our Pilates program
• Participate in departmental promotional campaigns, in-services, and staff meetings to stay connected and informed
• Promote yourself and our Pilates program to prospective clients to drive business growth
• Regularly follow up with clients and prospective clients to build strong relationships and grow your client base

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for a Pilates Studio Instructor with a strong background in Pilates instruction and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. While at least one year of experience teaching Pilates is preferred, we're open to considering new and non-certified Pilates Instructors who are eager to learn and invest in their skills and career.

• Professional and effective communication skills with clients and team members

• Goal-motivated and driven to succeed
• Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style
• Punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Ability to teach safe, effective, and challenging workouts for various levels and conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fitness, dance, yoga, or mind-body movement practices
• Interest in working with mature clients or those requiring post-rehabilitation therapy
• Pilates certification (we'll work with new and non-certified instructors who are eager to learn and grow)
