As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional guest service to our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining courteous and professional contact with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community at large. You will also be expected to maintain a neat appearance and good personal hygiene, in compliance with arenaflex's image standards. Our goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, and we need team members who share this vision.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, conducting point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will also be expected to prepare food and hot beverage products, manage inventory, and promote store specials and marketing programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays. You will also need to have strong attention to detail, the ability to handle challenging situations professionally, and excellent judgment. If you have cooking or restaurant experience, that's a plus.
