Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at an Apple Retail Store. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the following key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.

- Stay up-to-date on Apple products, services, and initiatives, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance activities to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Assist with training and development of new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them succeed.
