About the Role: Customer Experience Chatroom Operator
We're looking for skilled Customer Experience Chatroom Operators to enhance our Conversion Improvement team. As a key player in our customer experience ecosystem, you'll be responsible for handling complex consumer inquiries, providing contextual responses, and categorizing conversations to ensure seamless interactions. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to empathize with consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound messages via our chat room, addressing consumer queries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner (less than 30 seconds).
- Utilize point-and-click frequently asked questions (FAQs) and canned responses to provide relevant and compliant answers.
- Create ad-hoc responses tailored to specific consumer inquiries, ensuring relevance, appropriateness, and industry compliance.
- Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary, documenting frequently asked questions to drive continual improvement.
- Enhance canned responses with relevancy and maintain a high accuracy rate (98% or above) in response handling.
- Achieve a Replies per Hour rate of 60 or higher, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our conversational outreach strategy.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, driving innovation and excellence within our customer experience operations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a strong background in writing responses to consumers in real-time.
- Familiarity with verticals such as Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a high standard of excellence and professionalism in all interactions.
- Advanced typing skills and comfort with computer-based work, ensuring efficient and accurate responses.
- Excellent grammatical, spelling, and logical reasoning skills, with a keen eye for detail in free-typed responses.
- Strong verbal, communication, and written skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise responses.
- Reliability and responsibility in adhering to a designated schedule, with a strong internet/WiFi connection.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A College Degree or higher, demonstrating a commitment to education and personal growth.
- Prior experience with AI-powered conversational outreach strategies or natural language processing models.
