**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer, Event, & Experience Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements, offering expert advice on suitable destinations, transportation options, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
* Planning and arranging transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and additional services as needed to create comprehensive travel itineraries
* Utilizing effective communication and sales techniques to present clients with appealing travel packages, including event tickets, hotel stays, airline reservations, and car rentals
* Providing exceptional customer support throughout the booking process, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless travel planning experience
* Maintaining accurate and organized records of client interactions, travel arrangements, and other relevant information
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum age requirement of 18 years old
* Authorization to work within the United States
