Your primary responsibilities will include: * Supporting the execution of arenaflex's customer engagement marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and content marketing campaigns * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives * Analyzing customer data and market trends to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance * Creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our target audience * Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement marketing **A Day in the Life** As a Customer Engagement Marketing Professional at arenaflex, you can expect to work on a variety of exciting projects that will challenge you and help you grow professionally. Here are some examples of what a typical day might look like: * Collaborating with our marketing team to develop a social media campaign that drives engagement and conversions * Analyzing customer feedback and sentiment to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance * Creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts * Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement marketing **What We're Looking For** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements: * **Fundamental Capabilities:** + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including process streams and documentation + Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision + Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on quality and accuracy * **Required Training:** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field + Currently enrolled in a certified school/college taking at least one class in the semester/quarter preceding support in the internship program + Or, have graduated from a school/college in at least six months + Or, currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Internship * **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in customer engagement marketing, social media marketing, or a related field + Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions + Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and presentations **What We Offer** As a Customer Engagement Marketing Professional at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization.
