**Job Description:**
As an Experienced Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer support to our clients via telephone, email, and online channels. Your primary goal will be to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently, while also building long-term relationships with our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls
- Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our clients will have in every interaction
- Adopt a proactive approach to resolving each issue, escalating to medical advisors and pharmacy staff when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment
- Assist clients with responding to their insurance and copay inquiries, as needed
- Provide technical support while navigating pharmacy.amazon.com
- Serve clients promptly to ensure we're building a long-term relationship with them

**We're Looking for Contenders in the Following Areas:**
- Virtual Area - UT
**Essential Capabilities:**
- Must live in the state of Utah
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices
- Experience performing multiple tasks with telephone and computer skills
- Designed broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with a minimum internet speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed
- Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every 4 weeks), with a 14-day advance notification
- Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions (e.g., barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc.) and have the ability to dedicate complete focus to the client during work hours
**Preferred Capabilities:**
- 1+ years of significant telephone or email customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience working in a customer support or call center environment
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while consistently meeting guidelines for efficiency and quality
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
