Requirements for Success

- 6+ months of experience within a customer service-focused environment, such as contact centers, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred)

- A quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace that meets our technical requirements, including wired, high-speed Internet, modem or router with Ethernet port, and a thin client that can connect directly (no satellite Internet or Wi-Fi)
- The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership
