**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Data Assignments group, you will play a critical role in driving the continuous improvement of data quality for our wide range of ML projects. Your expertise will help us to explore and cultivate evaluation methodologies that ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data, ultimately enabling us to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in data quality and develop strategies to address them
* Design and implement data quality evaluation methods for various and complex data clarification programs
* Work with large, complex datasets to resolve non-routine assessment issues by applying advanced analytical techniques
* Develop and maintain data pipelines to provide insights at scale, and iterate on them to improve data quality
* Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of data quality evaluation and improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 4+ years of experience as a data science professional, with a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and data engineering
* Proven ability to apply quantitative methods to structured and unstructured data for complex data analysis, model validation, and insights generation
* Strong programming skills in data management and manipulation (SQL and Python preferred)
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics
* Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other emerging technologies
