Key Responsibilities

- Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our services and policies

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy environment
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacy operations, and patient care
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
Preferred Qualifications
