Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams to achieve sales growth and customer service excellence
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive results and improve operational efficiency
- Provide coaching and feedback to associates to enhance performance and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive change initiatives
- Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards and ensure customer needs are met
- Drive financial performance and sales growth through effective planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
- Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports
