About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join our virtual customer care team. Key Responsibilities
- Service inbound calls while engaging and conversing with entrepreneurs and leaders, learning about their needs, and suggesting the right blithequark products
- Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of blithequark services
- Continuously enhance key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional customer care by responding to questions regarding accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment
- Document important record data according to established policies and procedures
- Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Customer support experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through outstanding listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
- Proven results in a customer care and sales environment (2 years+)
- Ability to work in a dynamic metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate in an electronic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Education benefits available

- Experience working in a virtual customer care environment
- Knowledge of blithequark products and services
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
