As a Customer Care Advocate at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing responsive, accurate, and compassionate service to our customers and producers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and producers, handling inquiries across all communication channels with professionalism and diplomacy. Your goal will be to resolve inquiries on the first contact, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of state statutes and regulatory requirements, ensuring that policy administration tasks are handled with precision and empathy.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to make a meaningful impact every day. You should have a Bachelor’s degree preferred, although a combination of education and professional experience will be considered. You should also have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, with insurance industry experience being a plus. A valid driver’s license is required, and you must be willing to obtain the Registered Workers Compensation Specialist (RWCS) designation within the first 12 months of hire.
