Key Responsibilities
- Document Preparation and Coordination: Prepare and coordinate documents for each seminar at the 2024 CLC, including setup, staffing seminars, and breakdown of seminars.
- Database Administration: Organize scanned documents from the 2024 CLC, including attendance records and post-seminar surveys, and input data into the database to properly attribute continuing legal education credits for seminar attendees.
- Communication and Correspondence: Prepare thank you letters to speakers, organizers, moderators of seminars, and send via email along with survey results.
- Event Support: Assist with setup, managing seminars, and breaking down seminars at the 2024 CLC.
- Data Entry and Management: Update databases and perform data entry tasks as required.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Director or other Directors of the CBA.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in working with spreadsheets, document management, or other office organizational skills.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and various databases.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse groups and individuals.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Database Proficiency: Proficiency working with databases and event production software is a plus.
- Event Production Experience: Experience with event production, coordination, or management is desirable.
