We're seeking an experienced Client Advocate to join our remote team as a Client Support Specialist for Aetna's wellbeing plans. This role was created to support the wellbeing plans as well as the managers as we take over the PR calls. Currently, the advocates help on KI and other projects depending on telephone availability. The wellbeing plans rely on CICR to be the experts to explore claims issues, and the advocates are trained to lead complex research and work with different offices to resolve such issues. This work is currently being done on overtime, putting pressure on the CICR budget and the representatives' balance between work and personal activities. We're seeking to have these positions approved as non-creation positions.
