We are seeking an accomplished Call Center / Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 100% remote basis. We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion, where our employees can grow, learn, and thrive. **Job Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services * Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken * Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy * Address customer's inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation * Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns * Perform data entry accurately * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Key Qualifications:** * High school diploma or GED required, Associate degree is preferred * Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information * Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures * Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency * Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment * Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously * Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products * Ability to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time **Preferred Qualifications:** * 1 year of experience in phone etiquette (inbound/outbound calling) and customer service * Experience working in a call center environment * Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Work Environment:** * 100% remote work arrangement * Must have own laptop/computer to work remotely * Wired internet connection from computer to router or modem (Download – 20 Mbps minimum & Upload – 5 Mbps minimum) * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision **Benefits:** * 401(k) plan * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance * Work from home arrangement **Schedule:** * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Must be available 7AM to 7 PM PST **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
