About the Role: Business Development Specialist - U.S. Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our growing U.S. team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the U.S. market. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. You will be responsible for developing and executing a persona-focused sales strategy, setting qualified meetings, and achieving revenue goals through a combination of inbound lead conversion and targeted prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy based on relevant use cases, key players, industry, and expected sales cycle in your region
- Set qualified meetings and achieve revenue goals by converting inbound leads and generating leads from targeted regional prospecting
- Master value-driven communication and successfully navigate and overcome sales objections
- Partner with our Marketing team to run strategic campaigns and communicate our value propositions through strong customer interaction skills
- Take ownership of your accounts and openly communicate with Account Executives to effectively manage generated pipeline
- Empower your outreach by leveraging our sales toolkit and continuously seeking ways to improve our process
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, and/or business development with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented company
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ambitious self-starter with an enthusiastic work ethic and a passion for creative problem-solving
- Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills
- Hunter mentality - ability to proactively engage, prospect, and network through various mediums
- Strong organizational abilities and aptitude to manage numerous requests concurrently while achieving regional goals
- Experience with CRM applications and strong process management skills
- Business fluency in written and spoken English
- Work Authorization for the United States
- A passion for our technology and a willingness to learn and grow with our company

- Experience in the reality capture or digital factory solutions industry
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks
- Proficiency in sales automation tools and technologies
