About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team of remote workers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language, helping customers resolve basic technical issues, and maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
