Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute online sales and marketing strategies to increase leads and car sales
- Collaborate with our in-house tech team to leverage technology and drive business growth
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Monitor and report on online sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Create automation to increase departmental efficiencies and reduce redundant tasks
- Manage customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with car dealerships and industry partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to inform business decisions
- Train and mentor sales staff to ensure a high-performing team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of internet sales experience in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Experience teaching teams and guiding them to success
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues across different functional units and locations
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite or other cloud-based tools and internet software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of car sales experience, online or not
